A song circle is an opportunity to come together and sing! No prior knowledge of lyrics, melodies, or how to read sheet music is necessary. Jan Estep will lead us through some vocal warmups based in mindfulness and then in the oral tradition of call and response. Amongst her extensive background teaching philosophy, art and yoga at university-level, Jan has years of experience studying songleading and leading song circles. The circle will convene outside by the river behind the library on Saturday, June 25th at 9:30am and Saturday, July 30th at 9:30am. There is no charge.
