Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a complete beginner, all are welcome to participate in this gentle form of exercise that promotes relaxation, balance, and well-being. The class is led by an various instructors who will guide you through a series of movements designed to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. No special equipment is needed, just wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind.
