ASL for Beginners | 5:30-7p
Class for teens and adults with little to no experience will focus on finger-spelling, numbers, basic sign vocabulary for simple communication, and some basic Deaf Culture. Students will learn vocabulary, including colors, family/relationships, measures of time, question words, feelings/adjectives, and a variety of other topics.
Ages 13+. Free.

Hilaree Naughton was born Deaf. She grew up mainstream, becoming involved with Deaf Culture and learning to sign about 10 years ago. She's the mom to a Deaf child who has always spoken ASL. Hilaree is excited to share ASL with the community to encourage everyone to communicate with the deaf.
